Delivery & Logistics Operations Supervisor

About the role

A hands-on operations professional is sought to manage merchant pickups, last-mile deliveries and field logistics across Dubai. The role covers coordinating pickups and deliveries, training staff and keeping track of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant pickups and verify order accuracy, product condition, packing and labelling.
• Manage delivery routes, driver and helper coordination, and vehicle readiness.
• Train merchant staff, drivers and helpers on operational standards.
• Obtain signed proof of delivery and resolve delivery failures, returns and customer issues.
• Maintain daily delivery reports, exception logs, vehicle records and operational KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to pickup schedules, delivery routes and service quality.

Required profile

• Valid UAE light vehicle driving licence with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of UAE experience in logistics, warehouse, courier or delivery operations.
• Experience delivering to shops, trade counters, offices or commercial sites (B2B).
• Good knowledge of Dubai mainland and industrial areas.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu.

Required skills

• Comfortable using handheld scanners, delivery apps and digital portals.
