Delivery Manager – Power Transmission Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking experienced Delivery Managers to oversee delivery performance across major infrastructure work packages, ensuring coordination between engineering, construction, project controls, contractors and stakeholders. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within the Power Transmission / Utilities sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor overall project delivery against scope, schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Review project execution plans, programme schedules and progress reporting.
• Identify delivery risks, delays and interface constraints.
• Support resolution of programme‑level issues.
• Monitor project readiness across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Support milestone readiness reviews.
• Provide regular delivery reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, HSE, quality and commercial teams.
• Support project handover and closeout.

Required profile

• Strong Transmission & Distribution background.
• Experience managing major power transmission or utility infrastructure projects.
• Proven programme and project management experience.
• Programme management certification (preferred).
• Experience managing EPC interfaces and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management capability.
