Demand Manager – Revenue Management

About the role

The Demand Manager will join Etihad Airways' Revenue Management team to forecast demand, optimise revenue and influence commercial performance across the airline's global network. This role blends analytics, strategy and market intelligence to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting for assigned markets, delivering accurate forecasts by cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin and destination.
• Lead revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays and special events to capture high‑value opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand patterns to identify opportunities and commercial risks.
• Monitor revenue performance, validate system outputs and continuously refine forecasts to improve decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances and E‑commerce to align revenue strategies with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with at least five years in a numerate, analytical role.
• Experience in revenue management, demand planning, pricing, aviation analytics or commercial strategy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Commercial awareness of market dynamics and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for aviation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
