Demi Chef de Partie – All Day Dining

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work in the All Day Dining outlet at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role focuses on preparing special meals, maintaining high food quality, and supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and cook according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and garnish; maintain food logs.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared and inform the Chef of excess items for daily specials.
• Communicate menu specials and out‑of‑stock items to Food & Beverage service staff.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 3 years of related culinary work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
