About the role
Rixos Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. You will support food preparation and presentation across multiple outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to the department’s operational manual and hotel policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, kitchen equipment and utensils, complying with HACCP and local regulations.
- Coordinate with colleagues to resolve operational issues and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in meetings, briefings and training sessions to continuously improve departmental standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- 3‑4 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel kitchen environment.
- Punctual, professional appearance and ability to work flexibly across departments.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
- Familiarity with standard recipes and preparation methods for menu items.
