About the role
The Demi Chef de Partie works across all food production areas in the hotel kitchen, ensuring high‑quality dishes while supporting shift management when required. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, cost control, and strict adherence to Radisson Blu culinary standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food in the assigned kitchen area as directed by the manager.
- Manage kitchen shifts when required by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain the highest food quality while controlling costs and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Radisson Blu standards for food preparation, recipes, and presentation.
