About the role

Join Four Seasons Dubai DIFC as a Demi Chef De Partie, preparing high‑quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a boutique‑style luxury hotel. You will work alongside senior chefs to deliver consistent, delicious meals while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders, recipe cards and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain mise en place for all service periods.
• Operate, clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, ovens, steamers, mixers, slicers, tilt kettles, waffle irons and flat‑top grills.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Manage inventory and minimize food waste.

Required profile

• High school or culinary institute education, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of culinary or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Good communication, teamwork skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment and willingness to learn from senior chefs.

Required skills

• Operation of kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat‑top grill.
• Experience with Thai and Malaysian cuisines.
