Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. Working under the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will help prepare and present high‑quality dishes that meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and assist in daily kitchen operations.
• Set up and stock the station with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food quality and consistency by following proper cooking methods and recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service during all meal periods.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in inventory control and help minimize food wastage.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude within the team and towards guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of various cooking methods.
• Operation of kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
