Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury Resort Kitchen

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work within the restaurant kitchen of Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring smooth, safe and profitable operations while upholding the brand’s high culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all kitchen activities, maintaining safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of restaurant concepts and standards.
• Monitor local market trends and supplier performance.
• Recommend menu adjustments based on seasonal product availability.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to guarantee consistent quality.
• Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation and outlet safety practices.
• Manage inventory, proper storage, dating and rotation of all food items.
• Oversee asset management of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training and promote inter‑departmental communication.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and departmental checklists.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment.
