Dentist – Corporate Medical Team

About the role

The Emirates Group medical team is seeking a qualified Dentist to provide high‑quality dental care to eligible staff and their dependents across its corporate clinics in Dubai. You will work as an independent specialist, delivering evidence‑based treatment while ensuring compliance with international regulations and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services, including advanced restorative procedures and complex case management.
• Develop and implement preventive health‑education strategies for patients.
• Supervise Dental Hygienists and Dental Nurses, prescribe treatments, and audit the quality of their work.
• Coordinate referrals to external specialists and ensure strict quality control of outsourced care.
• Maintain compliance with regulations on ionising radiation, cross‑infection control, hazardous material handling, and clinic health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external medical colleagues to optimise patient outcomes.
• Contribute to research, equipment sourcing, and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified dentist with a valid licensing body registration in Dubai (or equivalent overseas).
• Demonstrated mastery of all clinical dentistry aspects and ability to manage highly complex cases.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and attendance at postgraduate courses or seminars.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead dental support staff and provide constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in clinical dentistry procedures, including advanced restorative techniques.
• Knowledge of ionising radiation safety, cross‑infection control, and hazardous material handling.
• Ability to assess, plan, and execute treatment plans for complex dental cases.
