About the role
A leading regional landscape architecture studio, known for innovative, context-driven design across the Middle East, is expanding and is strengthening its leadership structure. It is recruiting a Design Director to join a three-person leadership group and shape the studio's creative direction. The role combines hands-on design leadership with business and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor design teams across a range of high-profile regional projects
- Act as a key client-facing representative, guiding concept development and project vision
- Contribute to the studio's ongoing strategic and creative direction
- Support business development through strong industry relationships and thought leadership
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure continued growth and excellence
Required profile
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in design leadership within the Middle East
- Proven ability to lead design direction on large-scale, high-profile projects
- Confident and engaging client-facing skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring and team-building abilities
