DevOps Engineer for AI Lab – $80/hr Remote

About the role
We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced DevOps engineers who will help train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as blameless postmortems, root‑cause analyses, on‑call runbooks, and severity escalation write‑ups.
- Own the production incident process, including writing and reviewing postmortems, generating SLO and error‑budget reports, and maintaining remediation action‑item trackers.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on‑call engineering lead.
- Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root‑cause analyses.
Required skills
- Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
- Proven ability to manage production incidents and conduct postmortem analysis.
