DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the role

Analog builds the infrastructure behind robots in hospitals, live spatial intelligence for cities and holographic sports experiences. It runs microservices in several languages alongside Unity applications, and needs a DevOps/Platform Engineer who can own the evolution of its delivery systems end to end, not just maintain what exists. The work is done in person in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across microservices and Unity applications
• Build reusable pipeline templates so teams do not reinvent workflows in every repository
• Weave security into delivery: SAST/DAST, dependency and secret scanning, SBOM generation
• Speed up builds with smarter caching and parallelization
• Improve release automation: versioning, approvals, migrations, feature flags, release notes
• Work with engineers on local dev parity, preview environments, PR checks and AI-assisted workflows
• Build observability around pipelines and deployments: metrics, logs, alerts and dashboards
• Respond when a deployment or release goes sideways and keep the tooling stack modern

Required profile

• 3+ years in DevEx, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash plus one of Node, Go or Python)
• Hands-on GitHub Actions experience and comfort debugging CI logs, build systems and runtime environments
• Experience deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), including IAM and networking
• Infrastructure-as-code experience, Terraform preferred
• Flat engineering culture: able to build things yourself rather than waiting for approval
