Digital Commerce Strategy Manager – METCA

About the role

The Digital Commerce Strategy Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Central Asia (METCA) will lead the development and acceleration of Colgate‑Palmolive's digital commerce growth across the region. Reporting to the Future Growth Strategy Lead, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic priorities into market‑ready initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the METCA e‑commerce growth strategy aligned with hub priorities and market dynamics.
• Support individual markets in shaping e‑commerce growth plans, investment priorities, and acceleration road‑maps.
• Design and launch the hub’s social commerce strategy in partnership with Customer Development and Marketing.
• Identify emerging digital and social platforms, business models, and partnership opportunities at the hub level.
• Scale successful pilots and best practices across METCA, driving organizational maturity through capability building.
• Develop and own a common KPI framework and dashboards to monitor performance, benchmark against global leaders, and produce monthly category reviews.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic and Turkish are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field.
