Digital Content & E-commerce Specialist

About the role

A growing team is looking for a highly motivated Digital Content & E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow its online presence. This is a permanent, full-time role in which you create, optimize and manage all content across the e-commerce platform and digital channels, driving the content strategy so that products are showcased effectively and the brand voice is consistent.

Key responsibilities

• E-commerce product management: add new products with accurate details, images and specifications, and write and optimize product descriptions, titles and tags with SEO best practices.
• Keyword research to find high-value terms for product listings and content.
• Create and publish engaging blog posts, keep website content up to date and consistent with brand guidelines, and write content for email campaigns and newsletters.
• Social media: develop and run a content calendar, post daily text, images and videos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, and engage with the online community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, able to work independently and manage several projects at once.
