Digital & Data Solutions Intern

About the role

A fixed-term Digital & Data Solutions Intern (January to July 2027, Dubai) supports the Omnichannel Strategy team. The intern analyses digital performance data, builds dashboards and automated reports, helps with AI and automation initiatives, manages website content on WordPress and improves digital platforms so they deliver better user experience and more efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital performance data
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions
• Identify process-improvement opportunities
• Support AI and automation initiatives
• Publish and manage website content through WordPress
• Enhance digital platforms to improve user experience, operational efficiency and data-driven decision making

Required profile

• Fluency in English
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Graduating in Q3 2027 or later
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, with interest in data analysis, dashboard development, automation, AI tools, WordPress content management and digital platform administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and collaborative approach
