Digital Design & Content Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our Digital Marketing team and need a creative engine to drive the social channels of several restaurant brands in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, based inside the venues, where you will shoot, edit and publish short‑form video and photo content that resonates on Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily short‑form video and photo content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, static images) for multiple brands.
• Write captions, hooks, on‑screen text and short scripts in each brand’s voice.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with commercial priorities and events.
• Conceptualise and plan social‑led campaigns for launches, seasonal moments and promotions.
• Monitor trending sounds and formats, adapting them quickly for each brand.
• Capture in‑venue footage during prep, service and events, including evenings and weekends.
• Edit all content using CapCut and native platform tools, ensuring a consistent visual standard.
• Support professional shoots, create BTS content and produce social cut‑downs.
• Assist community management by responding to comments and DMs.

Required profile

• Passion for Instagram and TikTok with a strong understanding of what makes content perform.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, live restaurant environments.
• Ability to write engaging copy that drives saves, shares and bookings.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple content calendars.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
• Experience creating and publishing content on Instagram.
• Experience creating and publishing content on TikTok.
