Digital Engagement Associate – Retail Banking

About the role

The Digital Engagement Associate will join the NEO Customer Value Management team to drive digitally led upsell and cross‑sell initiatives, deepening product adoption and revenue growth across Mashreq’s retail banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digitally led upsell and cross‑sell across the bank’s retail product portfolio, including investments, insurance, loans, credit cards and digital services.
• Plan and execute data‑led, customer‑centric campaigns across mobile app, push notifications, SMS, email and website, ensuring the right offer reaches the right customer at the right moment.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, digital, compliance and servicing teams to design, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns and customer journeys.
• Own the engagement calendar, create customer‑friendly messaging, and manage channel strategy to reduce communication fatigue.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, digital banking, customer engagement, product management, CRM/CVM or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products such as accounts, deposits, cards, loans, insurance, investments, remittances and FX.
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, analytics or a related field preferred.

• Data analysis and performance reporting using dashboards.
