Digital Engagement Associate – Retail Banking (Neo)

About the role

The Digital Engagement Associate will join the NEO Customer Value Management team to drive digitally led upsell and cross‑sell initiatives, deepening product adoption and revenue growth across Mashreq’s retail banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digitally led upsell and cross‑sell across the bank’s retail product portfolio.
• Plan and execute data‑led, customer‑centric campaigns across mobile app, push notifications, SMS, email and website.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, digital, compliance and servicing teams to design, launch and optimise campaigns.
• Own the engagement calendar, create customer‑friendly messaging and manage campaign budgets.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in banking, digital banking, customer engagement, CRM/CVM or marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products such as accounts, loans, cards, insurance, investments, FX and remittances.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, customer segmentation and performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑driven campaign management and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of compliance, consent and customer‑protection requirements in a regulated banking environment.
