Digital Experience & App Executive

About the role

Planet is seeking a Digital Experience & App Executive to lead the marketing and customer‑experience strategy for its mobile application. You will own the in‑app content, journeys and engagement, ensuring a consistent, compelling experience that aligns with the brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Marketing and Customer Experience lead for Planet’s mobile application, managing content, messaging, journeys and engagement touchpoints.
• Review app journeys to identify friction points, improve conversion, activation and engagement, and develop briefs for enhancements with cross‑functional teams.
• Plan, coordinate and maintain in‑app content and support the development of marketing campaigns, loyalty initiatives and promotions.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and behavioural data to recommend practical improvements and support user testing.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, explore partnerships and coordinate activation plans.
• Monitor key app performance metrics, develop dashboards and report insights to continuously optimise the digital experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital customer experiences, mobile applications and customer journeys.
• Experience managing or coordinating a customer‑facing app or digital platform, with a marketing mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment and strong analytical, problem‑solving orientation.
• Commercial awareness of how digital experiences drive adoption and business value.
