Digital Experience Intern

About the role

The Digital Experience Intern will support the digital presence of Raffles and Fairmont brands, assisting with website operations and e‑commerce across multiple platforms while gaining hands‑on experience in luxury digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support regular content updates on global brand pages such as Homepage, Dining, Spa, Golf and brand initiatives.
• Assist in publishing dynamic content like new hotel openings, magazine articles and destination travel pages.
• Act as first‑line support for property teams, reviewing and quality‑checking their content for grammar, brand alignment, SEO and image standards.
• Perform website maintenance tasks including asset lifecycle monitoring, content audits, device QA and reporting technical bugs.
• Pull basic web performance metrics from GA4, ContentSquare or Tableau and compile competitor benchmarking reports.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with attention to detail.
• Curious learner with a proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal).
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (headings, metadata, keyword intent).
• Experience or interest in web analytics tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Tableau.
