Digital Growth Manager

About the role

BtcTurk MENA is seeking an experienced Digital Growth Manager to build and lead its growth engine across the UAE and GCC, focusing on acquisition, activation and retention through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy for UAE and GCC markets across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Own growth targets and key metrics (CAC, conversion, payback, retention) and manage the paid acquisition budget.
• Manage and optimise acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, app acquisition (ASO) and affiliate.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion optimisation across landing pages, onboarding, messaging, creative and offers, with Arabic and English localisation.
• Build attribution, tracking and analytics to support data‑driven decisions and own lifecycle and CRM campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Digital Growth or Performance Marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto or high‑growth consumer apps.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition while owning growth metrics.
• Experience in regulated environments and UAE/GCC markets is a strong plus.
