Digital Manager

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced Digital Manager to support the Digital Director and expand the digital offering across exhibitions, installations and live events. This full‑time hybrid role is based in the United Arab Emirates and offers a salary of AED 20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Director in creating digital narratives for exhibitions and events.
• Research industry benchmarks and prepare presentation decks and mood boards.
• Write briefs for digital and content teams for pitches and live projects.
• Develop project timelines, manage dependencies and oversee content delivery across multiple platforms.
• Handle client feedback, coordinate revisions and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of audiovisual technology, hardware specifications and content formats.
• Integrate AI tools into digital workflows and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Utilise software such as Adobe After Effects and Unreal Engine for content creation.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in digital management within experiential agencies, exhibitions, museums, visitor centres, live events or immersive environments.
• Strong visual literacy, excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
