Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be the primary liaison between Blue Ray Printing and its digital‑media customers in Abu Dhabi. You will drive engagement across SEO, SEM, display, email and social channels while ensuring the delivery of measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse competitive activities to protect customer engagement.
• Oversee all projects for assigned customers, focusing on product performance and digital media channels.
• Track product and service performance, define action plans to meet KPIs and grow engagement value.
• Develop deep technical and business understanding of customer challenges to identify upsell opportunities and increase Annual Contract Value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape upselling strategies and new product concepts.
• Maintain end‑to‑end communication with customers, manage expectations and act as the main point of contact.
• Review account performance, present analyses and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Work with the Customer Performance Director to staff projects and coordinate with implementation, analytics and performance‑marketing teams.

Required profile

• Proven account‑management experience with a strong enthusiasm for sales growth.
• Ownership mindset and ability to independently manage customer relationships.
• Excellent planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of digital‑marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
