Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Join SayHello!, a fast‑growing hospitality recruitment marketplace, to lead digital marketing and content creation across the GCC. You will manage social media channels, produce short‑form video content, and support the company’s expansion into Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SayHello!’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, maintaining a content calendar and publishing engaging posts.
• Create and edit short‑form videos, reels, and TikToks, collaborating with the founder during weekly filming sessions at hospitality venues.
• Write, translate and adapt marketing copy in English and Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance for UAE and Saudi audiences.
• Monitor social media performance, audience growth and website traffic, preparing regular analytics reports and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written Arabic skills.
• Based in Dubai and able to attend the office and weekly filming sessions.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing.
• Strong practical skills in video filming, editing and short‑form content production.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or equivalent design software.
• Proficiency with CapCut or equivalent video editing software.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms.
• Ability to use social media analytics and website performance tools.

What we offer

• Part‑time role (approximately 2.5 days per week) based in Dubai.
• Monthly compensation of AED 6,000 (adjustable based on experience).
