Digital Marketing Executive (B2B SaaS)

About the role

Element HR Consultancy is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of a B2B SaaS client. The role is hands‑on and performance‑driven, focusing on planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase product awareness and drive trial or demo sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and retargeting platforms.
• Manage landing pages, forms, CTAs and lead flows to improve conversion rates.
• Align with sales on MQL definitions and ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track funnel performance from lead to conversion and recommend improvements.
• Develop and coordinate SaaS‑focused content such as case studies, feature highlights and email nurture sequences.
• Maintain website content, product and pricing pages, and apply basic SEO best practices for SaaS keywords.
• Run email marketing and automation programmes, monitoring open rates, CTRs and conversions.
• Report on key SaaS marketing metrics (MQLs, CPL, CAC contribution, ROAS) and use insights to optimise spend.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and agencies to deliver campaign assets and landing pages.
• Oversee the configuration and performance of marketing automation and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with lead generation and performance‑oriented campaigns.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams on lead qualification.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
