Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Innovation Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role covers email marketing, paid search, data analysis and SEO, working closely with marketing teams and media agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer email marketing, including campaigns, nurturing flows, web forms, landing pages and data segmentation
• Manage SMS and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and other Google tools
• Collect and analyse data across digital channels to track ROI and give marketing teams actionable insights
• Set up channel tracking with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Perform website audits and SEO work
• Coordinate with media agencies to monitor ongoing digital and social ads
• Provide campaign best practice support, guidance and training to the marketing team

Required profile

• Degree in business or marketing management or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience
• UAE/GCC experience in an agency or in-house setting preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English

Required skills

• Oracle Eloqua (good level of competency)
• Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
