Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to drive brand growth for our healthy meal‑plan and dine‑in concepts. The role will shape and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies that attract, convert and retain customers across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full‑funnel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media channels (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) – content planning, publishing and community engagement.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn to generate leads and sales.
• Oversee creation of reels, posts, blogs, videos and ads, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Design and execute email and SMS marketing programmes for engagement and retention.
• Lead seasonal and promotional campaigns from concept through execution.
• Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, creators and complementary brands.
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tools.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and introduce innovative ideas to boost visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in food, beverage, health or wellness.
• Proven record of delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and performance‑optimization skills.
• Passion for food, wellness and creating memorable customer experiences.
