Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of data‑driven digital campaigns that generate high‑quality leads for residential and commercial real‑estate projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company and project objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Generate leads for property launches, off‑plan projects, events and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and overall ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage social‑media strategies, content calendars and coordinate with creative agencies.
• Oversee landing pages, website content, lead‑generation forms and conversion‑optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a real‑estate developer.
• Strong hands‑on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and optimising campaigns based on data.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project‑management skills.
