Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

An audit, accounting, tax and advisory firm in the UAE is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to set up, lead and run its marketing strategy. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The successful candidate takes ownership of the firm's digital presence, SEO and GEO strategies, brand positioning, content and marketing campaigns, working independently and with the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, technical performance and search visibility
• Enhance visibility and citations on AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity (GEO)
• Optimise content for AI-generated answers, conversational searches and featured snippets (AEO)
• Oversee website performance, content updates, user experience and SEO
• Research keywords, analyse market trends and competitors
• Create SEO- and GEO-optimised content while keeping a consistent brand identity
• Plan and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and social media campaigns
• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions and AI search visibility with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs
• Build marketing plans that raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the Business Development team

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
• Experience in professional services, accounting, auditing, consulting or B2B marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate with the Business Development team
