Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C’s online marketing strategy in Dubai, driving brand visibility and generating qualified leads for property investment opportunities. Working on‑site, you will coordinate with sales and advisory teams to create data‑driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
• Manage and grow social media channels, producing targeted content that engages investors and prospects.
• Oversee lead‑generation initiatives, monitor budgets and ensure conversion targets are met.
• Track, analyse and report website and campaign performance using web‑analytics tools, adjusting tactics based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE real‑estate market trends and digital‑marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the real‑estate or investment sector in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
