Digital Marketing Specialist – Health Care

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai will drive digital marketing initiatives for a health‑care brand, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise online campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor web analytics and generate performance insights.
• Coordinate email marketing, digital advertising and other online initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
• Analyse data to refine strategies and ensure compliant communication.
• Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new tools to enhance the brand’s online presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the health‑care or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with regional market trends and compliance requirements.
