Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence in the real‑estate sector. You will generate quality leads, boost brand awareness, and deliver measurable results across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, videos and campaigns.
• Capture, edit and coordinate photo/video assets for promotional activities.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and improve ROI.
• Develop strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.
• Stay updated with the latest digital‑marketing trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate digital marketing.
• Strong communication, creativity and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
