Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fliixa Media is seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online campaigns for real‑estate clients. You will combine strategic thinking with a strong visual sense to deliver high‑performing ads that generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies, write compelling ad copy, captions, hooks, and messaging.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visuals are professional, on‑brand, and ready for deployment.
• Review creatives for layout, branding, and visual quality, providing guidance to the creative team.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and recommend optimisations.
• Understand real‑estate projects, target audiences, and lead‑generation objectives.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends, platform updates, and real‑estate advertising best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in real‑estate marketing.
• Strong creative eye with an understanding of design, branding, and visual direction.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working with media agencies or real‑estate developers/brokerages is preferred.
