Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi‑channel campaigns for a leading semi‑government organization in Abu Dhabi. The role is contract‑based for an initial six‑month period, renewable, and sits within the Marketing & Communications Department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign management, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and paid media.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing and campaign calendars aligned with business goals, product launches, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Review marketing content across digital channels for brand consistency, messaging alignment and campaign objectives.
• Track and analyse campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, facilitating regular campaign review meetings and status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising or similar.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
