Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to promote luxury properties and strengthen Orea Capital’s brand presence in the UAE. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales and advisory teams to align digital efforts with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels, create engaging content and oversee online advertising across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Analyse web and campaign analytics, refine targeting and messaging, and report performance to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to ensure digital activities support lead generation and client engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends in real estate and luxury sectors and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital and online marketing, preferably within the real‑estate or luxury brand sector in the UAE or GCC.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
