Digital Merchandising Assistant

About the role

The Digital Merchandising Assistant supports the execution of online merchandising activities, ensuring products are accurately displayed and easy to find. Working closely with the Digital Merchandising Manager, the role contributes to product launches, site merchandising, reporting and performance monitoring to drive sales and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product information on the site is accurate, complete and placed in the correct locations.
• Support the end‑to‑end product launch process, including categorisation, filters and internal search optimisation.
• Maintain product placement across categories, landing pages and curated edits to enhance the shopping experience.
• Review the site daily to confirm that assortments, campaigns and promotions are displayed correctly.
• Monitor key site metrics such as conversion, add‑to‑cart rate and product performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepare weekly merchandising performance reports and ad‑hoc analyses for the team.
• Track inventory levels for products featured in campaigns or editorial content to ensure availability.
