Digital Product Owner

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group of ADCB to lead digital channel development and implementation across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable and digital TV platforms. You will drive innovation, ensure compliance and enhance customer experience in a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and develop new digital channels to broaden service offerings and align with business objectives.
• Own onboarding, usage and migration programmes, resolve service failures promptly and monitor usage and revenue KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain ISO 9001 certification and produce risk and compliance reports.
• Manage the team according to ADCB policies, supervise activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement departmental policies and deliver high‑quality customer service in line with ADCB standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering projects in banking, especially in alternate delivery channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management certification (Prince II, PMI or Agile).
• Strong planning, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies.
• Prince II, PMI or Agile project management methodologies.
