About the role
The Specialist, Digital Service Support (Field) will lead the delivery of field‑based IT services across multiple retail sites. This role focuses on ensuring rapid issue resolution, efficient technician dispatch, and effective vendor coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage field service operations, including technician dispatch, routing, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and allocate field support resources.
- Monitor and report on field service KPIs such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and first‑time fix rates.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in field support, preferably in multi‑site retail environments.
- At least 2 years in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience managing field service operations and understanding of KPI metrics.
Required skills
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
- Network+ certification (beneficial).
- CCNA certification (beneficial).
