Digital Sales Leader – CISSEE

About the role

Visa, a global leader in payments technology, is expanding its CEMEA Digital Sales team to implement a remote sales coverage model for mid‑market clients across the CISSEE region. The Digital Sales Leader will head a multi‑country team, leveraging AI, automation, digital marketing and analytics to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) serving a portfolio of clients across several CISSEE countries.
• Design and deliver regular training on digital selling, product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimise team effectiveness and refine sales plays.
• Act as liaison between DSRs and cross‑functional departments, coordinating joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Utilise reporting tools such as MSD, PowerBI and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
• Introduce new processes, tools and initiatives as a change agent, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance, challenges and strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of B2B tech or financial services sales experience, including 3 years in a team‑lead role.
• Proven experience working across CISSEE markets and fluency in Russian.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills, with a data‑driven approach to sales strategy.
• Excellent communication within a highly matrixed organisation and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
