Digital Sales Representative – Retail (IKEA RSO Jebel Ali)

About the role

The Digital Sales Representative will drive active selling and provide product expertise through IKEA’s digital channels. You will engage customers, address their home‑furnishing needs and help increase sales while ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to and proactively engage customers via digital platforms, identifying concerns and offering timely solutions.
• Answer product questions, highlight features and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay updated on trends and digital platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or digital environment.
• Experience with help‑desk software and remote support tools.
• Strong understanding of IKEA’s product range and services.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to use digital tools effectively.
