Digital Services & Maturity Senior Specialist

About the role

The Digital Services & Maturity Senior Specialist will lead the management and optimisation of the organisation’s digital platforms and services. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure that digital solutions align with business objectives and drive efficiency across the Authority.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain websites, mobile apps and customer‑facing digital touchpoints.
• Develop, deploy and monitor digital and AI strategies, ensuring performance tracking and value realisation.
• Identify and execute digital transformation opportunities, adopting emerging tools and trends.
• Analyse platform performance using KPIs, generate insights and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to deliver high‑quality digital services and provide training and support.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, data‑privacy regulations and conduct regular security and accessibility audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering customer‑centric digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms, SEO best practices and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with ISO audits or similar compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Project management, analytical and communication skills with a track record of stakeholder collaboration.
