Digital Support Specialist

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a proactive Digital Support Specialist to ensure reliable delivery of IT services across its theme‑park and attraction portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling incidents, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT teams to deliver seamless services and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
• Manage, monitor and document IT incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation for supported systems and services.
• Provide Level 1 support, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct regular service review meetings.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and recommend best‑practice enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL and CCNA certifications; Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT service delivery or support.
• Strong communication, customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• ITIL framework knowledge.
• ServiceNow platform experience.
• Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications proficiency.
• CCNA networking knowledge.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential.
