About the role
We are seeking a proactive Digital Transformation Ambassador to enhance our customer experience through digital licensing services. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through online processes and supporting the implementation of digital initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their service needs and direct them to the appropriate service officer.
- Promote online licensing services through the RTA portal and guide customers on the digital licensing process using a tablet.
- Coordinate with supervisors to implement digital services and initiatives.
- Provide high‑level customer service to maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies and platforms aligned with RTA goals.
- Measure and assess the success of digital initiatives and collaborate with management on service enhancements.
- Assist in training staff on the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as required by the management team.
