Digital Transformation & IT Specialist (AI)

About the role

A leading real‑estate organisation in Dubai seeks a Digital Transformation & IT Specialist to drive AI‑enabled automation and digital technology adoption across its operations. You will shape the automation roadmap, integrate new platforms with legacy systems, and enhance productivity and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI, automation and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead integration of ERP, CRM, AI‑driven workflows and real‑estate technology platforms.
• Develop AI prompts, agents and automated workflows to optimise business processes.
• Ensure interoperability between legacy and new digital solutions.
• Establish AI governance, compliance, risk‑management and ethical frameworks.
• Promote digital literacy, coach staff and drive adoption of AI tools.
• Communicate strategy, progress and commercial outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, PropTech, AI or automation.
• Hands‑on experience delivering automation and digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, data analytics and ethical considerations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
