About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable and unique experiences for hotel guests, guiding them through their entire stay. As a Dining Concierge Agent you will provide a wide range of services, from handling operational needs to sharing local highlights, while remaining mobile and hands‑on throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of dining‑related services that guide guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies, confidentiality and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
