About the role
As a Dining Concierge Agent at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, you will be part of the Guest Experience team, delivering memorable and personalized service throughout the guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and respond to guest requests, including sharing local area highlights.
- Prepare reports and handle transactions as part of the overall guest experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
