Director, Agile Program Management - Financial Services

About the role

Publicis Sapient is hiring a Director of Agile Program Management in its Financial Services business in Dubai. The role runs large and complex transformation programs or delivers across a portfolio of accounts, acting as a strategy-to-execution leader who shapes opportunities at pitch and owns delivery through to value realisation. It covers banking, payments and insurance sectors and combines strategic advisory with hands-on program leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine digital strategy to ensure client outcomes and commercial success
• Lead programs across banking, payments and insurance sectors
• Bring together multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work
• Shape, own and drive delivery, combining strategy with execution

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale technology and transformation programs
• Proven strategy-to-execution experience, shaping deals and delivering them end-to-end
• Strong commercial ownership, managing P&L, margin or program-level revenue outcomes
• Deep expertise or strong exposure to Financial Services (banking, payments, insurance)
• Experience leading complex, multi-stream Agile programs at scale
• Experience building and scaling teams from scratch, not just managing inherited structures
• Senior client-facing experience, including negotiation and stakeholder management
• Experience with globally distributed teams and enterprise platforms

Required skills

• Data-driven, structured problem solving and risk management in fast-paced environments
• Preferred: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) or PMI-ACP certification
• Preferred: Agile budgeting, Lean Portfolio Management, value stream optimization, DevOps, CI/CD and Agile engineering practices
