Director – Asset Financial Alignment

About the role

The Director – Asset Financial Alignment will lead the strategic integration of financial and non‑financial asset management across AD Ports Group. This senior role ensures that asset, inventory and reliability data are accurate, compliant and aligned with corporate financial targets and global best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead alignment of asset management functions with ISO 55001, ISO 55010 and global fixed‑asset standards.
• Provide strategic direction for asset investment planning, balancing value creation, risk and lifecycle cost.
• Oversee Asset Reliability & Performance Management, Inventory & Spares Optimization and Asset Financial Alignment functions.
• Develop and implement lifecycle management procedures from acquisition to disposal.
• Manage global asset reconciliation between Maximo and Oracle Fusion Fixed Asset Register.
• Identify and quantify asset impairments and report findings to senior leadership.
• Lead group‑wide asset verification, tagging and periodic audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly asset performance, inventory movement and financial alignment reports.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in asset management, finance and inventory optimization within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55001 and ISO 55010 standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and governance skills.
