Director - Digital Solutions Delivery

About the role

The Director of Digital Solutions Delivery is responsible for leading the planning, mobilisation, execution, governance and hand‑over of ZainTech’s digital‑solutions portfolio. You will ensure complex client engagements are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Digital Solutions Delivery strategy, operating model and annual business plan.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline from contract review through mobilisation, implementation, acceptance and transition to operations.
• Prioritise portfolio projects based on strategic importance, revenue, margin, customer value, risk and resource availability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Architecture, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Operations and external partners to validate opportunity viability.
• Drive standardised delivery methods, reusable assets, accelerators and reference architectures across the portfolio.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements through automation, cloud‑native practices, agile delivery and DevSecOps.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) leading large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary solutions in a client‑facing environment.
• Excellent governance, risk‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
